Here our a list of 5 reasons why I think we shouldn't have won World War 2:

    5. Hitler had the largest army in the world.

Hitler had amassed secretly(against the Treaty of Versailles), the largest army the world had seen to date. That alone should have won him world domination.

    4. America (and Britain)'s neutrality.

The neutrality of Britain and America had led to Germany getting a head start, before Britain declared war Germany had taken Czechoslovakia, Poland, and the Rhineland (land taken from Germany as a buffer, after WW1). Before Britain actually made action, Hitler had taken a few more countries. America had to be dragged into the war by a bombing by Japan. If America and Britain had stopped Hitler in the Rhineland, WW2 probably would not have happened to the extent that it did. The reason they waited so long to join was because of cutting military spending to get out of the Great Depressions that they were experiencing.

    3. The bombing of Pearl Harbor.

The bombing of Pearl Harbor was a huge blow to the navy. They had lost tons of ships and were taken by surprise. But believe it or not, the bombing wasn't a complete success for the Japanese. The aircraft carriers had been taken out for a test. Had these been blown up, we wouldn't have been involved in then Pacific as much, because back then aircraft carriers were valuable. You could control the sea and the air with them

    2. The battle of Britain.

This was the long battle of Germany had tried to take Britain. Hitler had started off by bombing military targets. Then one night, when one of his bombers accidentally bombed London, Britain retaliated by bombing Berlin. This made Hitler, so he started to bomb cities and try to make England surrender. So, instead of bombing military targets, he started to bomb cities. this allowed Britain to build up their military and survive. If Hitler had kept bombing military targets, he would have won the Battle of Britain. Instead he lost.

    1. The alliance of Germany and Russia

Germany and Russia had created an alliance against all odds. After the battle of Britain, Hitler back stabbed Stalin and Russia. Russia eventually won in Eastern Europe, and invaded into Germany. They were the ones who took Berlin and defeated Germany.

Had the combination of 1 and 2 alone had gone in Hitler's favor, it would have been Germany, Japan, Italy and Russia against the US and Canada.
